What truly matters cannot be shown. Cant be copied. Cant be faked.

The ‘use’ of it all.
The real benefit, the self transformation by using practice bits of any kind but in a very unique and specific way, piece by piece, moment by moment, struggle by struggle. Without the WHY and the very elusive HOW, all we will get are… external results, skills, tricks, techniques but no change of OURSELVES. ‘All show and no go’.
