Last stop on the LifeTime Grand Prix - BIG SUGAR!!

A hard crash just a few miles in left me chasing the whole day.
This video is about what it took to get to this race in peak fitness. A hard crash took me out of the front group. I go over my bike setup while I start the chase. Ultimately, I had a fantastic result, but it was a rough time getting there, literally.
