My post office sucks! Ive had po box and had mail on hold. Both times were a safety issue between me n x husband. They released my mail to him. Even with a written explaination. Adressed to me. Also irs approves of forgery as well, as thats what resulted. Tax check, adressed to me was released by post office, and forged by his gf and cashed at a grocery store. I was told i had to file legal charges against them. $2,000. Post office wasnt held accountable, irs wouldnt help b4 it happened or after.

The rule for voter requirements(technically voter I. d. is implied) in the 26th Amendment to the Constitution requires a person be a Citizen and 18 years and older to vote. The Twenty-Sixth Amendment provides, “The right of CITIZENS of the United States, who are 18 YEARS OF AGE or older, to vote, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of age." So when a person registers to vote, the state has the right to request documentation that you are a U.S. Citizen and 18 years of age and older (be it drivers license, birth certificate, state i.d., U.S. Passport). Voter I.D. is constitutional . The 26th Amendment speaks for itself and those who do not support Voter I.D. forget what the 26th Amendment states.

Therefore requiring an ID that requires a fee in anyway to obtain is a poll tax and illegal. Furthermore, fees charged to obtain documents that are required to obtain an ID are also poll taxes. All of those taxes violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, as well.
