The esthetics of the front pike + back pike is lovely! Missing the Memmel/Barani on bb still, it was looking great in the earlier training! Regardless I'm just excited to watch her doing gymnastics and having fun at the same time! I'm definitely vicariously living through her! So on that note Chellsie: be safe, enjoy every moment, trust your intuition and recognize the blessings of each day! Now rock on 🤘🏻 #ChellYeah

God what a fabulous athlete! To be doing this at age 32 after multiple injuries and 2 childbirths. I can't even imagine the changes that did you athletically. Your are an inspiration! I'm so glad to hear that you are having fun too. That's so important to others who are watching especially the young girls out there! God Bless you 🌹 Just the routine on the floor level beam was incredible.

This is so awesome for you. Will give you the exposure and experience "competing" /"performing" in front of a crowd and be with other gymnasts who are at the same level as you - cause you are definitely an elite athlete and getting better everyday - which just goes to show that age doesn't have to be a factor. Hope that you can video some of the routines and keep those of us who live too far away to see the tour. Good luck and stay true to yourself - you're amazing!

Agreed, she has only been at 2 competitions since 2012, I'm sure this will help her get used to high pressure situations again without having the stress of having to qualify for competitions in front of all these coaches and against athletes who have been training a lot longer than she has been.

Serious question: Is there an combo excercise I can do to work flexibility AND core strength simultaneously? I am trying to learn a press to handstand (almost one year in & no progress). A friends daughter from church is a level 4 & she introduced me to her coach. I showed her what I'm doing, & she said I'm using my back muscles to pull myself upright. She said being non-flexible is a problem but thinks I might not have the core strength yet which is why I use my back.
