I have the m12 hatchet. It works good for clearing branches and small trees. Only thing I don’t like is the thumb safety is awkward to use. I imagine they do that for safety reasons though.

I like my 18 volt Milwaukee chain saw I use a 8.0 battery only thing is the battery go’s into thermal shut down after like 10 cuts on a 10-12” tree. There good for clean up or to cut up a tree not for cutting up multiple trees. Great to bring in a side by side no gas to worry about that’s what I use mine for clearing trails

I have a Stihl MSA 200 and it's awesome. I have a lot of chainsaws and the electric is great, especially in the winter when it's hard to start a gas saw. This Milwaukee saw seems very cheap though, like a car model.

How do I stop my chainsaw from leaking oil? I leave puddles when not in use.

Any issues with bar oil leaking out until the tank is empty? Mine is awful.
@cliffordmontana45625 ай бұрын
Every chainsaw I’ve owned leaks. About a dozen of them, even $1500 Stihl saws. It’s not a big deal, just dump out the bar and chain oil when you’re done.

Mine leaks bar oil like a leaky faucet. Replaced the o-ring where oil is pumped out, but did not fix it.

I heard there was a recall. And that some don't deliver oil at all. See if you can find a Milwaukee solution.

@@wisconsinwoodsman1987 Me neither, uses a ton of oil, but it is not a big deal if you're just a home owner. Also that's a normal pattern if you buy the cheapest oil.

@@wisconsinwoodsman1987 I still love it. No gas, no hard to start. Doesn't bother me to keep putting oil. Still way less work than dealing with a conventional chainsaw.

I have this Milwaukee M18 chainsaw and just not tough enough to do any real sawing. Milwaukee sacrificing chainsaw toughness to make it light weight for the heavy battery. Went back to my amazing gas Echo chainsaw to get real work done. This milwaukee saw really doesn't work.
