If you want a nice round spacer don’t trace the speaker, instead use a compass to make a nice round circle.

Just set your gopro inside the door panel and record the speaker fitment/clearance.

make a groove in the adaptor deep enough for the wires to sit in, to pass through outside to inside, use glue to seal up the gaps, and then it will still be flush when you add the foam gasket on top.
