The PRO allows you to see the true physics of the golf motion. This is something that cannot be understood with any flexible shaft trainer. The PRO gives you an unmistakable visual cue that , if you are ready and willing to learn, will lead you to the way your body is supposed to move in a golf motion. Thanks!

So what type of equipment would this be equivalent to? A swing weight of C3 or so?

It actually doesn't have a swing weight because it effectively does not have a center of mass. It's total weight is irrelevant to what it is designed to do. Thansk!

@@danmartingolf yes so wouldn't it feel completely different than a golf club? And if it does then when you have a golf club in your hand wouldn't your body make a bunch of micro compensations depending on the swing weight and depending on the field of the specific Club in your hands? I guess what I'm asking is wooden this train motions but it's not going to be sustainable because once they get an actual Club in their hand they're going to start making compensations again? Or another question wouldn't it make more sense to have a club that's very similar to this device?
