Technically from old lore yeah, most irl car brands existed in some way, so it's not fully braking the lore, but in the end it's modding, it's all about creating experience you want

not sure if you will be interested, but there is a new mod for fixing the level scaling for skill/attribute checks. 'Pre 2.0 Skill Checks' you can turn on Phantom Liberty ones but they are off by default (needs Mod Settings menu) returns the old values for difficulty of the skill/attribute checks for areas (tho it saves the 2.0 numbers) can be used with the mod 'Clear Skill Checks' without issues, but 'Convo Skill Check Scaling' and 'Attribute Checks De-Scaled' have different behaviours when installed with this. Convo Skill Check Scaling uses the Pre 2.0 Skill Checks values, while Attribute Checks De-Scaled only changed the Dialogue skill checks, while using this mod's non conversation based checks. from the page, these are the general numbers for the checks by area (Dogtown not listed) Watson: Around 4, some higher Westbrook: Around 12, some higher Pacifica: Around 16, some higher Badlands: Around 16, some higher Santo Domingo: Around 20, some higher Heywood: Around 27, some higher City Center: Around 31, some higher

Thanks for watching, settings are on high with high raytracing and no path tracing. Lut is nova lut - vibrant, but get yourself "Lut Switcher" mod as you can change different luts ingame

One thing that is frustrating if you have Cyberpunk on GoG it has cloud saves and I can’t seem to delete those. I started phantom liberty to just see what the choices were and where I was. Now I can’t felt the save not over right the save from a new game. Now I have two cloud saves that I can’t delete or save over on a new game

I like Gunsensical (from a CDPR dev) more than Guns Redone. (Guns Redone is a lot less stable in terms of what it does -- the author updates it constantly -- and it's tweaks have historically been full of errors and inconsistencies between, say, the standard and the phantom liberty versions.)

Hey, I have been running a mod collection called "Back to fresh night city", and it includes a bunch of clothing for women only, that I will probably never use, because I play as a man, and find it awkward to play as a women. I was hoping that the game would actually give the new items to the NPCs in the game world, but it does not appear to be doing so. You seem like a rather knowledgeable person, is there a mod, plugin, or setting that would allow other random NPCs to wear the items from the virtual ateliers? I remember back in Skyrim, the armors and weapons you modded in spawned naturally on NPCs and in treasure chests, and if you saw a nice armor on opponents, you could kill them and loot it after. Rather than just buying or spawning them, I would rather obtain them like this.

did you get a message asking you to bind a key so it opens, if it asked you that then you installed it right, if not then reinstall the mod and see if it appears. That button will open up cyber engine tweaks

You shouldn’t. I made it as a wrapper around CET commands that directly change various stats. Just note, like console commands, you can go infinitely in both directions.

does anyone have a modpack that u can download with all mods at once? without having to download like all mods separately because thats honestly the biggest thing holding me back from replaying cyberpunk. I had tons of mods installed before the update and was just about to start replaying the game but then i accientally had my game on autoupdate n when the update came out all the mods broke so i just gave up 😭😭

That's tough to know depending on what mods you have installed, find logs file for red4ext in that folder or redscript one it usually lists mods which is causing issues in a txt file.

How is this game amazing when you have to use mods to make it work like it should? Isn't that a sign of just hype?! People giving cred to the Cyberpunk devs for "fixing" the game without adding simple things. Watching these mods videos... Makes me hesitate if I should play this game or not! It looks more like people wanting this game to be great more than it actually is.

Game is super fun / solid / amazing in vanilla as well. I like modding to add or enable new styles of gameplay or to alleviate small pain points, but you really don't need a mod at all to make this a truly fantastic game.

You can take the most polished video game in the whole world, if it's even slightly easy to mod, people will make thousands of mods for it. It says literally nothing about the game beside that it's a world people want to live in. The mods are here to tailor the game to your personal tastes, not to fix the game (well most of them, a few mods are bug fixes but the game is pretty solid right now, you won't encounter that many bugs in vanilla). For example the gun rebalance mod is not "fixing" the game, the way the game is already works well, it is this way on purpose because it fits the RPG, slowly augmenting yourself to hyperhuman levels while playing a non-simulation type of game. But for people who really want that realistic feeling or who are interested in more gun realism, this allows them to tailor the game to their preferences.
