I've been doing the job in Gift tower 1, the one PM modi inaugurated. The whole place feels so clean and well maintained and the buildings are beautiful. The best part I like here is there's also so much greenery around along with these big buildings. There's never traffic jam here, the only problem is the public transport past 7:30 pm, you'll have to leave early to get to gandhinagar or Ahmedabad if you're traveling in public transport.

Most of it was constructed by central govt funds paid by all states and the PM has removed the GST for companies operating there and the same benfits are not given when non-Gujrati states asked. I hope govt ensures proper “FLOOR AREA RATIO” so that residential areas can be concentrated(with high rise residential buildings) near the public transport lines like metro and bus network. This will reduce load on Roads and also improve air quality. Indian cities need to focus on Vertical expansion of buildings rather than horizontal expansion of the cities.
