I've been doing the job in Gift tower 1, the one PM modi inaugurated. The whole place feels so clean and well maintained and the buildings are beautiful. The best part I like here is there's also so much greenery around along with these big buildings. There's never traffic jam here, the only problem is the public transport past 7:30 pm, you'll have to leave early to get to gandhinagar or Ahmedabad if you're traveling in public transport.

I hope govt ensures proper “FLOOR AREA RATIO” so that residential areas can be concentrated(with high rise residential buildings) near the public transport lines like metro and bus network. This will reduce load on Roads and also improve air quality. Indian cities need to focus on Vertical expansion of buildings rather than horizontal expansion of the cities. If we do this our utilities management will improve drastically.
