Rangers fan here. Spurs are my English team. Overall, Rangers showed so much more desire and commitment . I hated Ange as celtic manager (with massive respect ) however he seems to lack the skills to motivate this group of players to perform to the ability that they have consistently. Best of luck for the rest of the competition..sorry Marlon I don't agree that Rangers were poor and disparaging the Scottish game makes you sound that you lack insight. Rangers were OK , Spurs were crap. Its that simple. Look at the resources Spurs have due to the TV money in comparison to any other clubs in the competition who don't play in the premier league. No excuses. Focus you're disappointment where it's due and don't disrespect our club

Just to clarify it was nothing against Scottish game. I’ll whisper this quietly to you by I follow the other lot. I’ve seen 2 Rangers games this season, the 3-0 defeat against Celtic and the game against Nice. Thought you was excellent against Nice from what I’ve seen highlights in Europe have been excellent. I saw a lot similarities to the Celtic game and I saw quite a few mistakes which spurs didn’t exploit as much as Celtic did. I love Scottish football and have done for years.

@spurskingstv Cheers Mate. We sometimes make up for the lack of cash with passion. Ibrox was rocking and that's almost like having an extra man on the field on the big European nights at home. Wish you could have been there to feel the atmosphere. I think Spurs will come good and still think they can win the comp with the right motivation. Not sure Ange is the man for the job anymore. Great show guys. Always good to get on here after a bad performance and hear some balance. Other shows that are all negative even after a win just aren’t good for the soul, and only for fans who support that narrative. Who you gonna get this time in a rebuild anyway? If it doesn’t work out in a few more windows then I will sit down… fair play. Until then I will back Ange. We can see the positive football he brings when it’s cooking but still heaps of work to do. Lower your expectations, they’re mid table team at best.

I'll say it again, lay off Timo Werner. He's not and has never been a winger. Playing the wing is like the moon to Werner. He's got no natural feel for the position. When Timo Werner is at his best form, he's playing off off the shoulder of a target 9 in a two striker RB Leipzig system. If you want to get his best, play him up top, and let him find his finishing touch

TJ is spot on, but giving the ball away has become a constant theme. At Galatasaray, we could have conceded 10. Forster is doing well, but he's not been on a winning team since he took over as number one.

We need to sign a leader. A dominant, vocal, intimidating and respected leader of men. I struggle to believe that every player in our squad lacks the minerals to lead. But, it has been said for years, we lack this commanding individual. PEH was vocal and had the leadership skills to a point, but perhaps not the player needed. Maybe we need more than one, but someone needs to link things up. We are what we are - upper middle mid.

Johnson is such a frustrating footballer.... he might have done better scoring goals, but nothing else he does contributes to the game. He has so many opportunities to run at full backs but passes back, cannot cross, cannot dribble, I just don't see him as a top top player, mid table to Championship is his range.........he needs upgrading in the summer as need wingers like that Cerny for Rangers having a run and dribble to create chances!!! Chelsea ruined Werner like they ruin many players before or nearly ruin like Salah and De Bruyne. The guy was prolific at RB Leipzig. Such a shame his confidence has gone over the years and he just not good enough footballer now Get rid of Bissouma as well. The midfield is the weakest area for Spurs, knew it would be when Pierre and Skip would leave and don't get proper replacements in!!! I really like the number 43 for Rangers Raskin, he had bite, was aggressive in the tackle, led the midfield. I would have had him in our midfield tonight!!! Love the panel tonight..... agree with many points but agree mostly with orignalhartman......the fans are not realistic at the moment, squad was never going to challenge this year. Spurs have not been in the "we have the right to beat so and so teams" for years as so many fans think they should be..... and Rangers are a massive club, regardless of the squad they have. Was always going to be a tricky game, but not seeing some of the players not playing annoys me!!

We got out of jail big time - rangers should have been 3 goals up before we scored. And really disappointed to see Ange publicly hanging Werner out to dry after the game - Ange wud do better to look at his own in game tactics. And he keeps talking about not having any 'options' without mentioning its because of a shocking summer transfer window which he keeps telling us he was 'happy' with.

With the fixture list the way it is and the intensity that Ange requires of them to play his way I think players save themselves for the big games Man U and Liverpool at home I think there is a fear if they play with tha intensity every game they are going to pick up injuries

It's an old adage but the game is won and lost in midfield. With that in mind, Biss has been shocking for far too long. Sloppy passes, not tracking back, being out of position, clumsy tackles, no leadership. I know alternatives are slim but jesus, he needs a kick up the arse.

Just listened great podcast again . I Love Hartman & agree with most comments only one thing it’s not about not being realistic we are as spurs fans but we should expect more. We should expect to play premiership league football level.Every game should be better than the last . What worries me is most of seasons we are usually better before Christmas so god help us this season . As for playing for themselves play for their profession that they get paid lots of money yes short lived but they will survive in their pensions because they are good at football. Also play for their careers & fans ,that pay a hell of a lot of money to watch , I know so many traveled up to Glasgow. As for levy /ange out it’s not going to change because we rant and swear at social media at.Be constructive with criticism& recommendations.

@ in the same vein I can point to how in every game with a few exceptions, we needlessly and carelessly give the ball away in the opposition end which leads to a rapid counter and the ball in our own net. You tend to forget about the number of times this occurs even when playing teams like Ipswich ffs. You can’t look at goals in isolation and make a judgement that his “system” is working

Can talk about tactics all day but the reality is the lack of effort from that team is a joke . Don’t play as a team, work off the ball is embarrassing don’t close space or work for each other , Reality is that Postecoglou needs guys who will leave everything on the park and work manically for the cause . It isn’t happening and that’s unforgivable.. Rangers are a really poor team , Celtic slap them about in 2nd gear with such ease ,they don’t give the ball away and have them chasing shadows . Seriously I can show you why we make things so hard for ourselves I watched this on Sammy Sk and his tracking chart shows exactly what the problem is. Coming out of defense , we just fck around with the ball too much.While we have our little triangle passing party the opposition is already on their spots, you stand here I stand there how does it look coach ? At the moment we threadbare with injuries needed more expo in summer as well as youth. Interest their were games last season we ahead it’s the second half early and we tiring he bought Højbjerg on and tightened up we did grind out and at times scored extra time winners losing Højbjerg was a mistake without getting va senior international who can break it down and slow it hardest is one who will join a team to only be a second half sub neither Biss or Bentancur's can general a midfield when we have to hold on or grind it out
