It may paper over some cracks, but we've got to enjoy it when we get it these days.

Ange has said that he hasn't been able to give Spence much playing time as full-back is one of the few positions where he has cover. I can't understand that, he's been running Udogie and Porro into the ground, and only rotating either of them with Gray, who's being played out of position. Spence has done really well when called upon, and deserves better. I hope we see more of him in the next few games.

Madders has a long-term history of injury. I would take 40 games × 70 mins rather than 30 games for the year. As to Spence, I think he should be on the left for both upcoming games. Against Rangers, Udogie got destroyed as he wouldn't close down the winger at all + Spence would be comfortable with Salah cutting inside.

Will take a 5 nil win on the road all day long but think we need a bit of perspective here - non league Tamworth will give us a harder game next month than that Southampton team did yesterday. So wouldn't read too much into yesterday's result - afraid it doesn't mean we've suddenly become a great team.

Anderton was a fantastic player for Spurs. He could have left us for Manchester United but he signed a new deal with Spurs. The sicknote tag was because he was out injured during the seasons leading uo to International tournaments but was fit for England. Venables loved him, so that's good enough for me.

5 English players in the starting line-up, Brilliant, Dorrington and Lankshear having a run-out, awesome, and Mikey Moore waiting for his return. They are my headlines. Good result thou.

How about the song "I don't care about Levy He don't care about me All I care about ..is Spurs football team" Levy clearly only cares about the making money.

Great show. Just my point of view Southampton are one of the worst premier league teams I have seen I don't want to judge Spurs against Southampton. Its a team spurs should beat. They were well beaten. Consistency is key.
@Mikehaynes8121 сағат бұрын
Spurs can barely field a first 11 atm so I’d actually say it’s pretty decent considering they’re starting 18 year olds and bringing academy graduates off the bench. Not sure consistency will be that easy to achieve considering the injuries.
@danielturner721319 сағат бұрын
@Mikehaynes81 this is Southampton with 5 points all season that don't shut up shop and defend. Yes good job by the team but still if we lose that game fans are asking for the the manager to be sacked and rightly so.
@danielturner721319 сағат бұрын
@Mikehaynes81 Also only Gray and Bergvall started that were only 18. The academy players came on late in the game at 5-0 up. Enough of the excuses. Ange has had 3 transfer windows to build a squad. Johnson Werner and Porto off the bench. I'm bored of the nonsense. He didn't have to let Phillips out on loan. He could of used Spence more. There is Reggie as a back up left back Also football has been a squad game for many a year. 10th place isn't great. We have beaten a team that's scored 11 out of 16 and conceded 36 goals out of 16. Also only 1 win all season.

Bergvall was good. But I watched him closely and he lost the ball a bit carelessly three times in the second half, just after he smashed into that post.
@indianastones603222 сағат бұрын
Give him a break, its his full debut and did really good.
@mickaziza22 сағат бұрын
@ fair enough. I agree. I think he just lost his way for a bit after the post smash thing. I was more just observing. He’s a player i really like.

@ chatty patty 11:57 good goal for Maddison but to say it was classy top bins finish isn’t correct in my humble opinion. He’s clearly slipping which is a pity or would he proper Worldy. Wish I was in London for protest but at least y good mates are all going. Big peace ☮️ n love ❤️ 👊

Money for new players will only materialise if AP still has the confidence of Levy, if we don't go for any real talent AP will be gone at the end of the season-if not before.

Really confusing as to why Spence hasn’t received more minutes in prem and cup games . I’ve seen him contribute in attack with through balls and driving runs and he’s very competent defensively. Always managed to track back to his runner, something that Porro isn’t always able to do because he doesn’t have as much pace
@MatPaul-t3r19 сағат бұрын
He was outstanding and great defensively! There must be layers that we aren’t aware of… also of note, has any coach had him so bought in, motivated and ready to play so well? Trust the gaffer.

Levy out when we’re in all the cups and in place to make a challenge to finish top 5 is just stupid. It won’t achieve anything. Levy owns the club and he won’t sell coz a few people protest. Vocal (drunk) minority

As predictable as the sun rising, cometh the nay sayers i the comments: "We won by 5 but...." Seriously? Is it genetic or something? Wouldn't you love them at a party. "Yeah it's a great party but I might get cancer tomorrow!"

One game ain’t changing nothing for me.. Won’t be surprised if Spence will be back in the bench with zero game time again for the next 5-6 games.. Terrible manager what ever way you want to look at it..
