Sorry to disappoint you mate ENIC took over Tottenham Hotspur FC in 2001, and we've been rebuilding since then. From Redknapp to Martin Jol, Pochettino, and now Ange Postecouglou, this so-called rebuild will continue under this management, but nothing substantial will materialize on the footballing side. I believe this cycle will persist for another 25 years before any Spurs fans realize the folly of their expectations. Leicester City FC won the league and the FA Cup, got relegated, and now they're back in the Premier League. If they win a cup or two this season, how absurd will we appear? Please awaken from your slumber; we are unlikely to secure trophies under ENIC. Slow down your expectations. Finishing fourth is our trophy; that's it. And one more thing who in their right mind would hire Nuno Esperito as our manager .For the premium ticket prices I'm paying I should get to watch top quality players like Olmo, Nico Williams, Eze and more playing in my team but this players won't come to a club like ours.How I wish Sheikh Jassim would take over this club so he could splash his oil wealth on the team and acquire world class players.Just a fan dying for a trophy can't stand getting battered. It has been far too long.

If there is a Richarlison out for 60, then a Toney in for 60 or less makes sense.

@@michalbylicki1983 We need more than one striker no question. My point is that Toney is an upgrade on a similar like player in Richarlison is english & if we could a zero sum swap, then we could potentially get another 60 striker & strengthen the squad.

Sounds a lot like Toney is such a bad character that everyone is worried about his impact on squad. I feel very similar and Ange always says the person is at least as important as the player. Not gonna happen

This guy talks a lot of sense. I thought it was the right time for Kain to go it made sense that other players were able to stand up . And new ones coming in forwards won't be in the shadow of Kain
