So proud of AOC, and the entire Raiders team. I will say the refs blew it. They called the penalty, then huddled for a decision. The call should have stood on the false start. The Chiefs, won't repeat I'm almost certain with the way they are playing. They have been favored by points, but have only beat it once this season. The Raiders, out played the chiefs.

I do not care about the loss--it sucks but it is what it is. That said, this was by far the best game of the year. 5 starters down on defense and the Raiders go toe to toe with the Chiefs. What would have this season been had Scott and Norv Turner run the offense from the beginning and AOC was the starting QB. Easily the best game of the season. Oline has really improved....young guys are making mistakes but still playing well. Future looks good.

Never should have wasted money on Gardner, used money on online men, never should have hired Luke Getsey, AOC should have been our starter day one, JPJ should have been replaced trashcan center we been saying garbage. A.P. lost the game with bad clock management. You send out a punting team when you should send out the field goal unit resulting in the loss of a time out. In fact the chiefs possibly would have tried to ice Carlson by burning a timeout of their own. Then with no time outs and 15 seconds left, you put Murphy's Law in the drivers seat. If John Madden had just been coach for just those two plays, the Raiders would have won the game. I have lost all confidence in A.P. as a crunch time decision maker. I know I'm exaggerating but I feel like I could count on one hand the number of seconds Madden wasted, and I can't recall him ever making one of these bone hedded decisions let alone making two such decisions in just over two minutes.

Nothing that happened early in the season was a knock against AOC. When you bring in a guy like Minshew with the contract they did, clearly that put coach in a spot to ‘see what Minshew can do’ instead of starting the better player at QB. That last call is a problem, not because it gives the Raiders another L, it is a problem because it is clear the NFL is one level above the WWE. What a coordinated effort by refs to keep the Swifties glued to a TV via a Chiefs #1 AFC seed. Shameless. That is one of the worst calls I have seen.

I'm not sure AOC outplayed Kermit tbh, maybe on the stat sheet but Kermit was under duress the whole game - credit to the D. AOC did miss a few big plays on open guys but overall to be even having that conversation is a positive. Give him the remainder of the season as an audition and if we draft a young rookie he can still be a bridge vet until the rookie is up to speed. The concerning thing for me is the fact Turner wasn't the OC to begin with whilst we went with Getsy, AOC wasn't the starter because we went with Minshew. Philbin wasn't the first choice Oline coach (they seemed to have improved no end), JPJ wasn't the OC and we went with James, McCormick wasn't even on the active roster and he looks like a good RB...............the list goes on of seemingly very ill judged choices!

Hopefully at the very least you see how Aidan should have been the starter the entire season. We'd have prob five more wins and a good chance Devonte Adams would still be on the team. He disconnected from the team after they started Minshew. If you recall there's an interview of him gushing over how well Aiden played in the preseason and basically gave him his vote of confidence. Then AP and telesco come out and pick Gardner.... what do you looked absolutely terrible in the preseason.... because they guaranteed to have 12 million dollars. Just the Raiders being Raiders. I'll bet money when Aiden leaves the Raiders and goes to a better team he becomes a star in the NFL with a chance to be a pro bowler. Let's just face the facts they blew it sit that kid on the bench

We missed three FG's..that was the difference..however, the refs blew the ending. Did we lose because of them? not especially ...but when they had the chance to call something correctly, they CLEARLY blew the call in favor of, SURPRISE..the Chiefs. On the broadcast the false start looks like it occurred after the ball had been recovered. Was there a whistle? If there was a whistle, the play is dead at that point. The broadcast didn’t talk about that. It should have.

It's also crappy shoddy work to see AP just not care. He should have thrown red flag on the bad spot early in the game. The officials did not spot the ball correctly. Then he needed to get in the officials face and go ballistic at the end of that game. And the earlier game vs Miami, when they used replay to call a flag on us. Mark Davis hired Telesco I think Davis needs Telesco expertise in running the Raiders so my Opinion Telesco job is safe. Telesco will figure out why the Raiders are 2 and 10 its miss takes AP is a rookie coach and most of the players are rookies themselves at least experience wise. The Turners are doing good with Aiden O'Connell against the Chiefs so we know the Minshew miss takes and injury was going to happen. AP is not experienced coach so at 2 and 10 record will be a great draft to get a rookie QB. Raiders just need to keep losing games. Telesco should not worry about AP record now that its too late. In fact Telesco should encourage AP to play Ridder now that we know AOC can win games. Then next year we draft a top rookie QB then we start AOC and keep Minshew has back up his last and final year. Raiders are fine under AP has long has AP follows what Telesco tells him would be the plan. If AP don't follow the plan try's to win games we take his head coach position promote Graham to HC keep the Turners OC and we tell Graham just worry about the defense the way we tell AP now. We are a better team with AP at least another year. The Key is to start Ridder let him make his miss takes now on the field
