That is in fact the power of neo motif.. Spamton references power of neo from Undertale, not the other way around. Although you could argue Deltarune was in the works first given it's been hinted at and I think even confirmed. But again. Just because Deltarune was in the works first does not mean Deltarune did not borrow a few ideas from Undertale, as they're made by the same guy.
