And yet it's uploaded at such high quality 😆 still, better than the opposite which happens much more often!

Great episode: swearing at Michael Naidus, a smart-ass but poignant Oscar rant at the desk, singing Sinatra, a penguin mime, back and forth with Mizrahi, and Miranda Lambert does "White Liar".

It was interesting, then, how Craig Ferguson couldn't comment at all on female CBS employees' appearances back in the day. Yet, he could and did freely flatter the "hell" out of all his female guests any time he wanted on his show.

?? because as you said the guests were not his employees, it's a totally different kind of relationship. they knew they would be praised and even encouraged by the public, but it does not have to be with the employees, it has nothing to do. like any other job

Yet another case of a guy who thought he was just being friendly because all his life he was told and encouraged to be a relentless flirt and then struggled a bit with the adjustment. Far too often we fail to allow people room to grow and become a better person. Everyone is capable of it but only if they are supported and encouraged along the way. Behaviors are immoral, people are not.

This man killed the talk show - he spends half his show just riffing, then he tears up the guest notes and riffs with his guests. I really can't stand to watch any of talk shows now. I will sit through the monologues (sometimes) but -- damn, I just saw that guy's razor thing 'hawk! crazed!!
