The plaintiff was woken up in the middle of the night when the defendant allegedly smashed into his car and totaled it. He says the defendant tried to drive away, but a neighbor blocked him in. He’s suing for car damages. The defendant argues a woman was driving the plaintiff’s car and crashed into him. He’s countersuing for the value of his car.

I honestly hope she sends these proceedings to the courts in his local jurisdiction and hope they lock him away. At least I hope they sent these tapes to his employer because as a salesman in a car dealership, he cannot do test drives without a valid license.

The defendant was on here for another case with his sister. They were trying to scam a mom and her daughter... by trying to sell the sister's baby daddy's car, just keeping the deposit, and not giving up the car. Total drug addict and scammer

A true car salesman. Slimy, no moral and habitual liar. It's funny to see Judge play around with him. Knowing he is full of hot air. I wouldn't want to shake that man's hand either.

That freaking smirk on his face the whole time just didn't care and should be penalized dealerly for contempt of court also. Lying to the judge and will definately happen again. He needs to be jailed before he kills someone!

So what if he had all that stuff in his trunk ,he would have been able to at least extract them and take pictures of the broken tools. And I'm not sure a diamond bracelet would have been damaged in the crash...should still be able to retrieve it and yah it wasn't in the trunk...😂😄😆
