The defendant literally tried to double talk and didn’t realize that he couldn’t double talk when she already had his record. He came into the court to deny. Try to blame it on the other guy. But then you look at his record and he is a repeat offender.

You know, I've never met a pathological liar before, but I assume that this guy is the definition of one. If judge Milian didn't have his record, he would have lied his way through this case. However, anyone with common sense can look at the damage on both vehicles and tell that he didn't hit her while both vehicles were in motion. In order to do that type of damage when both vehicles are in motion, he would have had to be doing in excess of 100 mph and the other vehicle at no more than a school zone speed. I love it when liars get caught red tongued!!! Glad no one was in the car!

So what if he had all that stuff in his trunk ,he would have been able to at least extract them and take pictures of the broken tools. And I'm not sure a diamond bracelet would have been damaged in the crash...should still be able to retrieve it and yah it wasn't in the trunk...😂😄😆
