When it's late, there's nothing better than a delicious bowl of ramen. This is a ramen with chili oil, a golden yolk fried egg, pork belly, and scallions.

5g (1 tsp) black Chinese vinegar
1 egg
1 slab of sliced pork belly
1 whole egg
Neutral oil
