Styles Bhley Al Chesnovitz become a permenant member of the CBS Orchestra on February 3, 1997. Frank Greene replaced him soon as he left in July 2012. Bruce Kapler appeared with Tom Malone on November 1, 1993 and was replaced by Aaron Heick due to his departure in February 2012.

This may be the first time Mary Chapin Carpenter appeared on Letterman? I am also searching for Sept 9, 1996, when Letterman show went abroad to London because there is a partial clip of it interviewing Jamie Lee Curtis and Tony Curtis that included an announcement of the other guests due to appear that show, naming Mary Chapin Carpenter also. Anybody, I welcome links.
