Hadn't seen the 30-30 this year. Thought you had sold it. My favorite rifle. Shot placement was not the best but could be attributed to being so close and off hand. Either way, she down. Meat in the freezer.

I used to do scent control, deer still smelled me. Can’t beat their nose. I don’t always wear crocs but sometimes it’s just a quick hunt and the weather is nice.

@RTeBokkel I'm actually not far from it, lol. I just bought an E bike and a trailer for retrieving my game out of the woods. 37 years old, and I have very debilitating arthritis. I hunt in middle tennessee, but laws say you can't use an Ebike on WMA. Unless I read that wrong. I hate dragging a deer out. My neck and back kill me before I ever get to the truck, and I usually hunt less than 200 yards from it.

@knotengajin7359 it's all still quite difficult for me. I'm on the verge of being declared disabled. I can't put a bunch of weight on my back. My knees and ankles are ate of with arthritis and bone spurs. Cart would be easier but not on hills.
