Brian Fitzgerald- Chopping onions is the best stress release I know, right now. Their reality is to be vulnerable in the spotlight. The rest of us, however, have to cry in our bathtubs, sitting on the toilet, in the shower, or under-the-bed; or anywhere ones "confort-zone" gives us back our privacy. Yesterday, I yearned for a sense of who-knows-what? I felt overwhelmed. I could not stop crying. The release finally helped me realize: "heeyyy stuped,am still human and is okay to feel "helpless". Afterwards, I got up,dust off, and took my dog & feelsorry -ass for a 30 minute walk ha, ha !! 💗🥳🙌 be safe everybody, you too, Brian.🤗

I think he said, “Happy Father’s Day, Dads!” as in ‘all the fathers who are watching’ - but when I felt sad was when they were talking about Evie’s dad being 91 and in great physical shape, knowing that Stephen’s father died tragically when he was only a boy. Also, Evie had no idea what she was going to do to celebrate her dad: this will be my second Father’s Day without mine. You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.
