If he has any judgements, he always tends to make it funny to ~both~ him and the guest. Or..he just holds it inside, veryy well, haaha! 😊

@ Melissa Noteboom Jen Lawrence once admitted during an interview w/ Seth that her contract didn't require her to do Seth's show but she wanted to anyway. Yes she's admitted to having a crush on him but I get the feeling that a lot of his guests choose to be there. It does help his studio is in 30 Rock so maybe they're like "I'm already here so why not" but that zero pressure from a studio to plug a new project hard helps too I guess.

@@bothellkenmore Yeah, I get the feeling a lot of the time, that many guests choose to be there. Or, are just more willing/optimistic, if they were more so required to be a guest. And a fair number look like they kinda have a crush, more or less, lol.. Or are just excited to hang out & be there in-person, because his show kinda has it all. Smart & well-researched political things (and they actually care about it more, in contrast to others.. Well, maybe just have the skills & confidence to address those things, without losing ratings or viewers 😉💁) And then humor, and a smarter level of it (which I appreciate.. I seriously think Jimmy Fallon's comedy bits/writing have been getting stupider..>.> I just sit there like..Seriously? o_0.. His old Late Night show was a lot better, on the whole..) Anyway..and interesting & more varied guests, plus same for musical guests.. And guest drummers too!! That's a cool bonus.. 😊 Anyway, bored Sunday ramble lol 😝
