thats INTERFERING WITH NATURE.. by the way... HUMANS GETTING INVOLVE IS LITERALLY NATURE... "DONT INTERFERE WITH NATURE AND LET NATURE TAKE ITS COURSE" is literally at bs statement.. as u are actually interfering with HUMAN NATURE TO TAKE ITS COURSE to try to help other animals you see in need of help.. people are just lying to themselves to justify it.. and sadly its a bs contradiction excuse.. xb u know everyone that sees stuff like this has a GUT INSTINCT to do something.. that NATURE... the same when we see other HUMANS in trouble.. just here our brain starts pushing FEAR to ignore that gut instinct.. so we ignore it and walk away or just watch it happen.. all 100% of them.. ignoring that instinct to do something... @@alispeed5095 its actually bullshit lions aren't endangered. They are "at risk". Also, I've seen on this channel, a younger lion be paralysed by an older lion. They called for it to be euthanized because they didn't want it suffering as a cripple during its last hours/days left. Despite the fact that theyle just sit and wait around for injured giraffes and zebras to get eaten, without giving the same special treatment as they do for crippled lions, so they video tape it. It's terrible to see a young giraffe die, but the lion is doing nothing wrong. It needs to eat too, and has just as much right to live as the giraffe. The lion helps the giraffe population by eating the weak, the sick, and the foolish, so that the giraffe population will stay strong and not overpopulate. Giraffes would eventually suffer some starvation by over eating all of their resources if they didn't have natural predators to limit their and other species numbers.

I watched the video over and over again. It really looks like the baby giraffe's leg was already broken before the lions attacked it. That is also why he was so unsteady on his feet, why he didn't run and why he went down so easily. Also the giraffe seemed very weak from the very beginning. Probably from dragging that leg around for a while. If that was the case, and it was not broken by the lions earlier before the camera started rolling, then the lions did the baby giraffe a favor. He never would have survived with a broken leg like that. That was tough to watch. Poor thing. I hope they killed him quickly. At least he didn't suffer longer dragging that leg around. Other animals would have gotten him later or he would have died from infection. Poor thing. The jungle can be cruel.

It's not hands they are lacking - it's brains. Most animals can carry their offspring on their backs, if they are careful and get in the right position. Imagine if you where in that giraffe mother's body, would you have figured out how to get the baby out of there? Even without hands?
@oozma12923 жыл бұрын
@@ScarlettM animals are smarter than you imagine. I’m sure if the calf had a chance of survival, the giraffe would’ve tried to carry it out. But with a broken leg, it was already dead and the giraffe wouldn’t want to leave herself vulnerable to the lions.
@ScarlettM3 жыл бұрын
@@oozma1292 I don't think giraffe would tire to carry the calf. Giraffes never showed intelligence even close to figuring out how to get your baby on your back (considering the size difference), or how to balance him during walking. The closest hoofed animals come to that scenario, is when buffaloes try to help a wounded buffalo by surrounding him and getting the horns and head/shoulders under him, during walking, for support.
