I needed a way to drive these hubs without being in the way of the two main surfaces. There's a machined area for the seal at the end of the hub that works well for this method. There will be another video later showing this in us

Mike Great learning video, thank you for sharing. I enjoy your problem solving in fusion!

Hi David! Thanks! The next problem I need to solve is the one where fusion is going to force me to upgrade my win8.1 version to win10.... :( Not too happy about that. I wouldn't be surprised if that change kills my video editing software.

@@bluehandsvideo Mike, I did the update to win10 and all the other software continues working. I did make a image of the hard drive before letting Microsoft do the update. I can’t say I like win10 but what can you do, I still have a XP machine to run one software program.

@@DavidCAllen50 Thanks for letting me know. That's a bit more encouraging to hear that you didn't have issues. I'll have to make a point to get to it fairly soon.....maybe next weekend? :)

That 1/2" sure sounds good, a little chirp in corners but no biggie. I've been having good luck with running similar 1/2"ers in a TTS Setscrew holder for roughing, I find they chatter less that way but do have more runout.

Yep, that Eagle Claw did a great job. The chip in the corners was caused by the existing holes in the scrap plate I was using. I've caught myself putting roughers into ER collets and had to change them back to set screw holders. lol

Needs more tie dye shirt action

It's actually been a couple of years since I wore tie dyed shirts. I have one as a night shirt....I'm currently in it.......but I got too fat for them physically.......and too hateful emotionally to wear them regularly.
