Hafa Adai. Just a quick tip, do not use a metal whisk in a teflon coated pot. Either use a silicon coated whisk or a non-coated pot such as aluminum or stainless. Other than that, your recipe is spot on.

Do you have to cool the custard before pouring it on the pound cake or can you just pour in on the pound cake?
