Can't believe all the comments about slow speed, boring, falling asleep. You didn't have to watch. These days some people have the attention span of a mosquito. Everything has to be like a TV commercial: shouting, noisy, aggressive, fast. They can't appreciate finer human attitudes such as calmness, delicacy, elegance, amiability, and a refusal to be stirred up by the crassness and banality of the herd.

I actually read a few comments befor making mine, everyone percieves differently so I would not belittle anyone for thier perspective, but I have never seen such an ellegent display of craftmanship, no words were needed, the speed of the recording was perfect for me to take in the recipe and the intention, I subscribed immediately after seeing the video.
