I thought it was so unfair how they treated Jennifer less than Latoya and Fantasia cause out of the 3 Jennifer to me was on another level. But hey life made sure she got what she deserve cause where's Latoya or Fanyasia? Lol

All the judges knew Jennifer could sing but she constantly over sang most of her songs and really didn’t give a good performance until top 9 (Elton John week). And plus Jennifer has gotten much better since her time on Idol.

@@christiangarc7327 100% correct, she wasn't voted through her group, wasn't voted as the wildcard, she struggled on the show until week 9 (and pretty much only sang power ballads from there on)

id agree, overall i think season 3 was subpar

voice wise, LaToya London has it all (vocals, range) except she really has no fighting spirit of winning or she really has boring personality or maybe she's just down to earth. Fantasia was soulfully great but quite exaggerated sometimes. Jennifer was really voted out because she sings like Broadway although she has very big voice. look at this totally robbed contestant ever in AI history. Season's 3 Lisa Leuschner. I believe she would have won that season.

I think her song choices and performances showed that she truly wanted to win and wasn't playing around.

I definitely think that Lisa should’ve been in the top 12 especially over Matt but I don’t think she would have won. She was in a horrible group (the infamous group 2) and couldn’t even get through from that group. If she was in any other group (1,3 or 4) she would probably be at the bottom of the votes. She was pretty much the only singer from group 2 that even had a shot of doing well in the competition. America just didn’t like her enough unfortunately.

@@christiangarc7327 Crystal Akana was a great singer from Hawaii who was cut in the tryouts! Lisa was great, it wouldn't surprise me if they pulled some shady stuff with the results. Fantasia was very Broadway'ish to me.
