Latte vs Cappuccino: What's The Difference?

I thought Italian baristas say the cappuccino has no foam but rather micro foam 🤔 the milk should become more of a cream than foam. I’m so confused 😢

Cappuccino=with foam Caffe latte=no foam Latte=milk But that’s just in italy, as a matter of fact a lot of tourists that come to Italy and order a “latte” they just end up receiving a glass of milk, cuz that’s what it is
