It would be cool to see VeTerran use medivacs and thors to bait Yamatos on the thors then pick them up to avoid the damage (you see it once in this game but I think it was unintentional), not sure if this is possible using bot scripting but man it would be nasty against BC dependent bots

flaw engagement programming, that you save more resoruces by taking x losses in a spcific circumstance, lieka planetary fortress if you can't use tanks you need ot hit it hard and fast, much like battle cruisers. it takes 19 vikings, to one shot a battle cruiser that has no upgrades, and the vikings have no upgrades. If the battle cruiser has full upgrades, it takes 69 vikings to one shot a battlecruiser with vikings that have no upgrades. if all things are fully upgraded it takes 34 vikings, to one shot a battle cruiser... 68 supply. That should be a target is to one shot battlecruisers, as liek zerg, shoudl ahvea split ration choice ot set it up as its easy math, and the bot should leave nodes on teh map for everythign that is clickable. Keeps in memory, IE every mineral patch it encounters, it marks its value and place. So it cna be sought ot mine, liek gas, and it updates everytime it has a visual...a supply estimate and total resource estimate should be operating also.. which rss can be exact everytiem thre is a scout over x or y, the onyl time it would have an erro ris if a place is mined out before they got thre and most mineral patches all have a default ammount at them. Ben bot is gettign teh bc's up and then winning because there isn't a adaptive programming. Hydras... neuro... is iffy, tp kill zone is iffy.. but one shotting is good, and naother thing is , pro9gramming engagements to take losses for killing x or y targets, tis better then attrtional losses that do nothing, IE how the bot goes in and and out and is bled out, there is more resource value in groupings etc. surprised ghosts, corruptors and in this case vikigns are not used... Top tier human dealing with Bc's is and can be marines and lesser units using raven interference matrix to stop teleporting bc. other groups oftne choose the one shot routine of runnign but that can be hard when bc's get grouped up, but thats where splash, from mines and or spells like fungals, or psi storms can be effective, it cause sa reaction in which then your corurptors coming into that reactio nto pick off said target, the advantage of hte bs, is its non stop firing at a target while moving is key to its success.. as it does relatively low damage. Thors can win, but its much harder to one shot if at all wit hthors on a bc... where as vikings its extremely easy... also... alterantive strat is 1.45 ravens per bc built, interference matrix and sentry turrets... and whatever else... extremely effective as you will ahve other units to help the ravens but nothign dies... in that sense... extremely effective and anti armour missle etc.

Thors vs Battlecruisers is a cool but volatile interaction. It can go decisively in either direction in a matter of seconds, depending on position, micro, upgrades, etc. But such is the nature of TvT.

Agree. It would've been even better if VeTerran could react to mass BCs by trying to reach a critical mass of Thors, as it seemed as their numbers were capped to an insufficient quantity. But it's always easier to talk: the programming challenges are definitely way bigger than what my armchair-noob self can even fathom.
