This is for the first time we are introducing a new fitness program, which combines aerobic dancing, laughter exercises and breathing exercises, which will make you feel fresh and energised. The dancing steps are taken from Bollywood films. They are very simple and anybody can do it.

How to Learn Laughter Yoga Dance:
Step 1: Watch the full-length laughter dance video with commentary several times, so that you can remember the different music beats, rhythms and melodies.
Step 2: Start practising different steps of Laughter Yoga Dance, one by one, by watching the Training video and practising along with it.
Step 3: Watch all four parts of practice video, one by one, on your TV screen and dance along with it.
Step 4: You can play full- length practice video without commentary and dance along with it and keep on practicing until you remember all the steps.
Step 5: Once you have memorised all the steps, you can dance with audio files only, either in parts or full-length.
Important: If you have the facility of a projector, it is better to play the full-length practice video without commentary on the screen and the group can follow the steps by watching it.
