This is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much. Please know that you DO make a difference. I have severe CFS/ME and fibromyalgia. I have been housebound and mostly bedbound with severe symptoms since June 2022. I watch your videos when I wake up in the morning as that is when I'm the most symptomatic. Brain fog and pain all-over. I can't express how much this has helped my anxiety and even, yes, especially my pain, migraine,intestinal issues and abdominal pain. All over muscle pain. Even if I'm an at my very worse with brain fog and my mood is so depressed that I almost have to force myself to watch the video(s). As soon as I put it on and I begin to laugh I immediately begin to feel my mood, fatigue,and brain fog lifting! It's absolutely amazing!!!! I can't thank you enough with my praises. Thank you you so much ! I'm becoming addicted to laughter. Laughter has come back into my life after a very long abstance and it feels wonderful 😂!!!!

I am pleased to say that this exercise has benefited me tremendously. After just going thriugh it twice (in two mornings), I have a new surge of energy in me and I am approaching difficult task in my life with different persoective (less nervius and mire optimistic). I tried doing stretch yoga before , but was still feeling the heaviness inside. Now, the heaviness feels much lighter. What I did was just to imitate what you did in the video as best as I can (and ignored the heaviness for awhile. I thought I could go back to it after the exercise, but I pretty much got out of it afterwards). Thank you so much! This video is a god-send for me in this diffucult time!
