Hello, thank you for the good contents you reeling out always. My question is about a mirror dashcam. Have watched several reviews of yours. I am looking for a high quality mirror dashcam not necessarily 360 degrees, but with clean wiring (not the common cluttered wires at the top). Have looked into the rydeen 360X but was out of stock even from the manufacturer. I will really appreciate another great option, I don't worry about about the pricing Thank you

You're welcome Obiago! That is strange, you should have plenty of memory left. Mine is fully updated and loaded with all the brands (most people will only need a few brands not all) and I only used 33% of it's memory capacity (64Gb). The only thing I can think of, if you loaded other non-Launch software to the tablet using up space or if you taken a lot of videos with it using the camera (video consumes a lot of memory). Here is another one with expandable memory kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6Lae5-LeryBb6M however I recommend finding out why your memory consumption is high otherwise, even on expandable memory you can potentially run into the same issue. Yeah there may be a possibility you won't need the extra space, so far I haven't run out of space on my X431 V Pro (I have not expanded the memory on it) But I would guess it would depend on use, I do imagine over time like all tech, there is a point when replacing it for a new one would make sense (similar to phones or computers but so far on scanners, the cycle seems to be much longer). You show that you can record data streams, but not how to play it back. Unfortunately I bought this unit, but have yet found a way to playback the saved data. How do you playback saved data streams?

Hi 75! All diagnostics records including data stream recording are stored under User Info, My Report & Diagnostics Report. If you take a look at your manual it explains this in more detail (page 33 if I remember correctly) Cheers!

The 3 data stream recordings that I saved with their naming convention want located there. I'm still looking at how to play live data back in graphical form over the time of the recording.

Hi T! Yes the scanner does support access to the SRS module however actually being able to reset or a specific component or functions varies from vehicle to vehicle (vehicles have different levels of control, some allow you to active more things than others) Launch does accepts VIN numbers if you want them to check if it will be able to access the specific function you need. Hi Iron! This will depend on your vehicle, some are able to track misfires (some even down to the cylinder number). Sometimes a normal scanner can be used for that purpose with OBD2 mode 06. However Launch does accepts VIN numbers if you want them to check if your car supports the function and if you will be able to access the specific function(s) you need. Cheers!

Can this scanner program key fobs like a 2017 chevy colorado. Amazon isnt direct with answer on key programming

Hi A! The scanner does support Chevrolet (notice its shows in the coverage portion of the video) and Immobilizer access as shown in the video in Service Functions. However being able to add a key will depend on how many keys you have, if your car requires a pin code, if you are adding a new key fob or a used one etc. Now in some cases a dedicated IMMO tool will also be needed if you are trying to re-use a previously assigned key fob where you need to make it "virgin" again by resetting it before programming it with the X431 or if you are trying to clone a key outside of the vehicle (and other locksmith level functions). Launch also accepts VIN numbers if you want them to check if it will be able to perform the function you need. Cheers!
