when I was in London I was filming the Beefeaters giving a lecture. While I'm videoing he talks about the arrow slits in the walls and says "they are there so they can fire arrows down at any VIDEO CAMERA OPERATORS" and looks directly over at me and everyone laughs then he said "turn it off!" I didn't know if I wasn't allowed to video, no one said but I think there was info after that part that you can't record for some reason..security I guess.

OMG - “flying with 2 kids? Put the oxygen mask on the bright one 😂 LMAO. Love this video!!!!
@mi49364 жыл бұрын
@Eleanor Pass There is one mask per seat, including lavatories--so there are enough masks for everyone. There is an oxygen generator that feeds each separate seating row, which produces oxygen to the masks for around 15 min., which is enough time for the aircraft to descend below 10,000 ft. above sea level. Below 10,000 ft., the oxygen in the atmosphere is adequate for normal breathing without an oxygen mask.

@@katrose7838 Correct me if I'm wrong, you are asking: if there are enough oxygen masks for every seat in a pressurized aircraft, what would happen in the event of cabin depressurization, if a child was in their parents lap instead of in their seat? My response: Remember that every occupant on an airliner flight has to buy a seating ticket in order to get on the aircraft--no one is allowed on board for free. In reference to your question, the child in the parents lap has a ticket with their seating assignment, that was bought for them by the parent/guardian. Since every seat in that aircraft has oxygen masks, that child(ren) and parent(s) have their own assigned oxygen masks. In the event that those masks fall from the ceiling, the parent should ALWAYS put their mask on first, before helping their child with their mask. Unless it's an absolute necessity for the wellbeing of that child, parent, or fellow passengers, having a child seated in their lap during an emergency is safety hazard.
