Launching Resources at a Giant Resource Collector Target! - Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday

Welcome to another episode of Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday! Today we are doing a resource launching challenge where we must launch resource rods at a giant target filled with resource collectors! we have 3 minutes to fire as many resources as we can with our launchers, and whoever has the most points on the board after their 3 minutes is the winner! The top row of resource collectors is worth 3 points, the middle row is 2 points, and the bottom row is 1 point.

Challenge: Explosive sniper: Build a "thing" that can shoot or launch a Big explosive can acuratelly, to destroy a 16x16 board that is at the walls of the creative map (flat), You hace to shoot from the very Center of the map and hace a clip of at least 2 canisters per clip ther could be like 4 objetives, the one who uses less shots in less time to destroy all the objetives wins

I think you should do this again, but different pointing system. The rods will be the point basis because the resource rods have different variety, like the Haybot spine can be 2 points, and the Resource collector is in an active rotating table with multiplier areas to add a little bit more of a challenge

Morning holmes:) MM idea...in your "bowl" arena, bust up all the trees where they stand, into the wooden rods, and leave them lying on the ground. Then you guys build a catapult like device that launches a resource container into the bowl, trying to collect as many rods as you can with 5 shots! You could try different methods of collecting, like bouncing the collector over the piles of rods, or rolling the collector over the rods, or even sniping the piles with accurate shots that land right on top of the piles! Basically a reversal of the "Launch rods at the Collectors" theme. Launch collectors at rods lol. Keep up the great work man:)

If you revisit this challenge, you could do all it at the same time by using wood, stone, and metal to tell them apart. If the 3 resources have different weights, then have three rounds and swap resources.

Collector demo derby: Each player has a car made from resource rods, with necessary extra parts such as bearings, engines, seats, suspension, controllers, and blocks to hold the collector away from the car. When your seat is disconnected, you are eliminated. There are 2 variants I have in mind for this: V1: Pre-made cars. This is simple, everybody uses the same car design, but they get to design their tool of destruction. Weapons like maces, battering rams, collector cannons, and collector choppers are possible to use. V2: Custom cars. Everybody designs their own car, but must use the same collector-based weapon (best to use the battering ram) on each vehicle.

ScrapMan's launcher was basically a stationary-mount manual-fire horizontal bar launcher, Moonbo's was a manual-fire clip-fed auto-reloading ballista on wheels (with a terribly low-capacity clip), and KAN's was a stationary-mount auto-firing manual-load ballista which outperformed everyone else.

For once someone uses the term clip right. Those are infact clips, if scrapmans clip holding mechanism is what was spawned in with the ammo inside then it would be considered a magazine. Moonbos is more like a feed strip or ammo strip.

Multiplayer Monday idea: The Bomblympics! You have to make a vehicle made of bombs and you get 4 wheels, no thrusters, 4 suspension, 8 pistons, 8 pipes, and bearings (unlimited). You have to first survive a shaking platform that your vehicle is on top of (1 round. If you don't survive 0 points and if you do then you get 10), then there is a jumping competition with a bar that can go up and down depending on how high you want to jump and if you survive, you get that many points and if you blow up, then you don't get any points (1 round). The last one is a long jump and however many blocks you jump, you get that many points and if you don't survive then you get 0. Person with the most points wins!

Whoever can build the best unmanned, self propelled missiles in a competition to destroy eachothers targets first in a first 3 round victory free for all. No catapults, just rocket propulsion on the missile itself, with adjustable launch pads and guides allowed, only small explosives allowed on the missile. You are allowed to try to shoot other people's missiles down from in the air but not on the launch pads. Missiles must be launched from on top of you're own target, every target of equal proportions made of the same materials but target placement up to the competitors, perhaps with a coin toss to decide who gets to place their target/launch pad first with the first loser of each round picking first for the next round. A target is considered destroyed when the launch pad either loses support and falls off and no longer has a top of the target to attach to or falls over with the majority of the target. I would love to see this kind of carnage.

Multiplayer Monday idea. Day 4. The idea for this episode is that you have to build avehile, but someone else is going to use it. So you build a vehicle for kAN, and Moon o makes one for you. kAN's vehicle would then go to Moonbo. Or something like that. Maybe you could use for sabotage.

I was so excited about this one that I asked to borrow my friends computer for a week and designed something that actually would work really well for this. It has a fire rate of roughly 70/minute one at a time using sensors logic 5 wheels and an ammo rack that can hold a bunch (never counted).
