My vit D level was 15ng/ml. The doctor suggested that I take a 60000iu tablet once a week for 2 months. Still my vit d level was unchanged. I took bone pro for a month and now my vit d levels are 32ng/ml. So yes it works perfectly for me. Two cons of the product that I received- 1. The tablet smells very bad. When I opened the bottle, the smell of the tablets was bad. 2. I found 'Silica gel sachet' which are usually found in Metal water bottles inside the bone pro bottle and I don't know if you put it in for any purpose.
