Sir bilkul sahi kaha aapne mene filpkart se ek dabba liya tha 2kg ka 750rs me uska naam tha n2b whey protein for beginners isko khane ke baad mujhe anxiety aur depression hota tha phir one week khane ke baad maine pura dabba fek diya hum vegetarian logo ke liye soya protein hi thik hai

Actually I want to know, most of the people and muscle gain purpose se dialy routine me eggs, chicken khato hai jo hormones dekar tayar hote hai. Usaka hamare normal people and bodybuilder pe short and long term me kya effect hoga. Same for whey protein. Whey protein to milk se banata hai. Lekin india me milk ki sell , production se jyada hai. To kya milk whey protein Actually nutritious rahega? Or abhi main protein source me hi milavat and hormones wale protein souce, in future bodybuilder and normal insan ke health pe kya effects karega? Please make some awareness video

@WeRStupid. In Naturaltein whey protein concentrate, isnt the protein a bit low(around 21.6)? Shouldnt these powders have around 25 g per scoop? So apart from of course the fact that no adulteration is done, isnt Naturaltein protein low in protein?

As a whey protein made from milk. Hamare desh me to milk ki kami hai us kami ko Pura karane ke liye nakali milk banakar bechha jata hai. To jo whey protein hai kya wo duplicacy ke chances bahut jyada hai or asa hai bhi. So for healthy life to general people sattu is very good option. Kya Pata aap jo whey pi rahe ho wo duplicate hai?

I agree to you point... But most whey protein available are either filled with marketting gimmicks alongside added sugar, flavour, stabilizer, processed sugar and amulsifiers etc etc..thats dangerous for health. Where as sattu is a fantastic drink.. even it has many properties along with protein. That whey protein or any protein products lacks another reason not everyone can afford whey protein but sattu is indigenous, cheap and native to our digestive system. That's all end of debate

Please mention those studies/papers as well to back your opinion because it doesn't make any sense. Muscles need energy and if we are on empty stomach the only source is stored fats. If they don't burn then what else does?

Sir m gym jata hu and intense workout karta hu and 30 to 35 eggs daily consume karta hu , 🙂and m whole year m ese hi protein consume karta hu ,meals divide kar rakhi h mne 6 meals a day , and muje koi bhi health related issue nahi h ,kya ye sahi h? ,m chicken breat include karta hu to eggs 20 tak ho jatte h .And m whole eggs hi use karta hu ,buss gym ke bad whites leta hu.
