I am shopping for a washing and drier machine combo. In this video I didn't see you dry clothes in the drier, or does it happen automatically?

Hi Jane, I only dry the clothes when it's raining outside. Since we are lucky to live in a sunny place, we take advantage of that and hang the clothes outside. But you can set the drying option and it will dry the clothes after washing automatically.

Yes they do, you can either soak them the previous night or set the machine to wash in warm water plus always select the prewash function

There's a function on the machine that will prewash the clothes once you set it, and also put detergent in the prewash compartment before you do that
