Cool video. I would advice you whenever you use Vinegar. Make sure you rinse it out completely. Vinegar is very corrosive to the parts of a washing machine and can increase wear and tear.

Hi Aggie. I recently bought the exact make but it doesn't clean my kids clothes well. They still come out with stains. It also vibrates alot when spinning and gets quite noisy. Kindly advise on how you manage

Hi Julie, thank you for watching the video. I always remove 'stubbon' stains from clothes before putting them in the machine and if my kids clothes are very dirty, I soak them first. You can also try different detergents to see which one works best. For vibrating, check to see that the transit bolts at the back were removed, if not remove them and only use them while transporting the machine. Also make sure that the machine is on a flat (leveled) surface. I hope this will be helpful.

Thanks for the swift response. I removed the bolts but it still vibrates when spinning. I will reach out to ramtons to see what they have to say. I will try soaking the clothes first
