Genevieve Fynn I started when he was about 3 weeks old doing little things like reading to him right before bed and once he was able to take baths I started incorporating bath time before reading. He didn’t actually start falling asleep at a regular time until he was about 2 and half months old and then he hit the 4 month sleep regression and it all went back to 0. He just turned 5 months and he is back to his 7pm bedtime. I’ll be doing a night time routine video soon that will explain it all better 😊

Great video! Just FYI, if you get the pedestals, it will be too tall for you to fold. I have them. I’m 5 ft 4 and I’m too short to use them for folding. But I guess could stack the clothes there as you fold.

After my third daughter and third c-section my father made me risers for my front loafers out of plywood and painted them! He make them as high as I needed- not the height of the plastic ones- higher!! It has made my life so much easier not having to bend down so far when switching laundry!! This was a life and body and back saver ♥️ Stephanie

Very nice laundry room. I love my ironing board hanger. It holds the ironing board, iron (huge Rowena iron) and 2 cans of spray starch. I use one of the holders for spray starch, and the other for bottled water to use in the iron. It’s actually hanging on the outside of a closet door in my office/sewing room (visible when seated in the room. It hides behind a built-in storage closet). It keeps everything organized.

Your son is a bundle of cuteness. As for the laundry room, adding decor makes a huge difference. Sometime down the line, you may want to add some cabinets or shelves to keep items off the machines. Hanging the iron board on the wall may make it hard to get down when you need it.

You're new laundry Room makeover is beautiful..I had one recommendation that I did with mine... I bought a pre cut countertop piece and placed it on top of my washer and dryer which gave me a perfect Folding table and prevented my washing machine and dryer from getting scratched with all the stuff we put on top of it.. You can find remanents at a lot of different places or you can get what I used which was a wood look countertop from ikea.. I decorated my friend's laundry Room and for that we used one of the desk tops from IKEA..cheap. easy

Suggestion: metal baskets might scratch the top of appliances, i would consider adding a shelf or board, or even some sort of tray/wicker/straw mat, and yes hang the ironing board. there are really cute ones out there and some come with a top basket to put iron inside.

There are over the door holders for the iron board I got mines from BedBath&Beyond if you don’t want to trouble mounting it .... The laundry room turned out beautiful

Love the new look but if you add the pedestals it’s going to make it taller for folding. I did the exact same thing and had to move our cabinets up but it doesn’t allow me to fold well. It will look beautiful though. I use the pedestal drawers for all my Grove cleaning products and cloths. Can’t wait to see it. Oh and I would leave the ironing board since it’s easier to get in and out.

👍 I vote to hang the ironing board on the wall. I think by hanging it, it will balance the look of the room, as you have hung your apron and duster on the opposite wall. If you wish to keep it out of sight, you may want to consider hanging it on the wall space behind the door, if there is enough space so that the door is open wide enough for easy entry and exit. If you choose that option, then you have the option of hanging (a) different item(s) on the wall to bring balance to the look of your laundry room.

I love the laundry room decor. The only thing I would add would be soft cloths under the containers on top of the machines. It may scratch tops of you appliances. Great video ! 🙋🏻‍♀️🌺👚👕👖👔👗🛍

Before you buy the drawers for under your washer and dryer be sure to measure them and your machines to make sure you will be able to reach the top of them. I am four foot eleven inches and I can no longer reach the top of the machines with out a foot stool. So I lost that folding area. I of course can set stuff up there but only things that I don't need a lot.

love the laundry room. Something I do cuz I am just that person, is cover the top of the washer and dryer with some type of fluffy microfiber rug to prevent scratching, marring, etc. by the accessories. If you need to sell these units they'll still look good. Thank you for your vlogs really love your content. :)
