The way I’m seeing it from Australia is “Laura Farms” is fast becoming the No 1 Farming Video Channel in America , and Laura also has an Audience of millions all over the World ! Laura Farms in the past has always promoted John Deere Farm Machinery , but with the bad publicity John Deere is getting by planning to move to Mexico , John Deere should be “Very Worried” when somebody with as much “Pulling Power” as Laura and “Laura Farms” has , starts to do demo’s with the “Best Red Farm Machinery Case has Available” !

That Wisconsin engine was nasty to restart if it stopped hot. Had that engine on a Minnespolis Moline pull type combine in the mid 1950's. I was 6.

The first combine I used was a CCIL pull type behind a Case 2470 tractor. There's no way my neck would stand up to using pull type combines and swathers at my age now.

Yeah, I remember back in 1978 helping my uncle start his old 1959 Oliver. He'd be spraying ether into the carb and he'd send me up into the "cab" - he just jerry-rigged a canvas shade cover - to hit the button.

I remember when I was 12 years old. I'm on a tractor that doesn't have a disc puller cab or stem cutter if I go upwind the heat from the exhaust will burn you and going down will bring dirt with it and cover you. Farming has come a long way. I'm glad I grew up step by step to get to where I am today. Good and bad it has been a great trip. God bless!

I LOVE THOSE CASE IH COMBINES!! I FALL IN LOVE WITH FARMING AND AGRICULTURE IN THE FALL SEASON!!! I also just got a brief ride in a case IH combine too doing soybeans!! That and I most especially love it when I’m in the combine just riding along observing the crops getting harvested! It’s an older Case IH combine about 16 to 20 years old now. One of my earliest memories is going with Mom to the fields. She took food to my older cousins, brothers, uncles and grandpa. They were combining “High gear”. The combine cut it and tied it into shocks. The shocks were then “stacked” into teepee style stacks. S younger buy would lead the horses. An older man would ride the combine seat and hold the horse’s reins and watch over the combine. Two or three men would keep the different parts of the combine from clogging up. Two or three men would gather and stack the shocks. Past that year, I don’t remember that combine ever being used again. That would have been in about 1958 to 1959.

Another very good video of you doing what you do so well; operating and showing equipment while talking about/explaining to your viewers what you are doing.. I started out with red combines and then switched to green. I liked the throttle control on the combine you were driving; and my first 9600 Deere combine, for which I traded an 8820 combine, had only two, push-button, throttle settings - idle and full speed. I much prefer being able to move a throttle control to increase the engine speed all the way up in a fluid, gradual motion. Again, thanks for taking us along; and it just keeps me looking forward to your next post. What a great way to start my day.

Laura, when you think about red you need to think back to the 1930,s and 40,s. In Chicago International produced 350 tractors a day. The M's and the H's were the best. JD had a hand cluch. They are all good now.

Watching you offload the corn with the 2 vehivles in perfect unison reminds my when in the Nav and refueled at sea. One HUGE tanker and our small destroyer running along at the same speed, then run a cable across the ships for the hose to follow into the refueling recepter. Cheers from Alpine, CA!

Six bushels per second is a impressive unload rate, but at six MPH with a 16 row head in 300 bushel corn, the machine is PROCESSING and filling the grain tank with almost 2-1/2 bushels per second.!!! VERY AMAZING.!!!!

Nor always the CASE😂 new holland has realy done itself proud and the thing is new holland had the first showing of the CR11 in germany. Case followed with the AF11 then the good ole new holland crew introduced the CR10 dual rotor the same as CR11 but with smaller engine and graintank then case followed with the AF10 /9 with single rotors but the F10 is king of 1 rotor combines with the same engine and optional larger graintank as the AF11. OK case have more combines and the biggest tractor from CNH but NH was the first to show the worlds largest combine before case came into the scene with their biggest combine in the world

So no matter who came out with what first, in the end most of it comes from the same line or at least from the same engineer's office.

Welker farms were using this combine as a demonstrator to harvest their wheat. It’s a great improvement over previous Case IH combines. 😊 Correction, the combine that the Welker farms was using was the AF 11. 😊

When I first started working for the international dealership it still had signs up that said International Harvester. Friend of mine has 750 acres but only he can only use 500 because the rest is hillside, and he’s half of the largest farms around here. He does soy beans and field corn.

Case, Case IH and New Holland are all part of CNH Industrial out of Racine, Wisconsin.

@@donh6416 No, CNH is based in the U.K., incorporated in the Netherlands, primary owned by Exor in Italy, who also owns Fiat. That's why it has a Fiat engine in it. IH went broke and was bought by Tenneco, who owned J.I. Case, and became CaseIH based in Racine. CaseIH, in turn, was acquired by Exor and merged with New Holland. It is no longer an American company. International Harvester invented the axial flow combine, which the CaseIH flagship machines are based on. New Holland has had twin-rotor combines for 50 years. The New Holland CR10 and CR11 are slightly upsized versions of the CR10.90 with the rear drivetrain flipped 90 degrees and using the left rotor to drive the feed accelerator. The New Holland machines were introduced in Europe last year. They sprayed it with Farmall red paint and introduced it as a CaseIH machine at the Farm Machinery Show in Feb of this year, just called 'em AF-series instead of New Holland CR-series. Except at the Farm Machinery Show they had it roped off and wouldn't let anybody close to it. The CaseIH 260-series are still CaseIH design. The AF-series is not.

@@donh6416 The FTP engines and drivetrain used in both New Holland and CaseIH stands for Fiat Powertrain. When IH and J.I. Case were merged into CaseIH, they used Cummins engines under the CDC (Consolidated Diesel Corp) moniker. CDC was a joint effort between Cummins and CaseIH. The red-branded tractors and combines have not built their own engines since International Harvester went belly up in 1983.

The New holland CR11 AND CR10 have twin rotors and aint made in the US the combine she is driving has one rotor and its the AF10 built in the US with the twin rotor AF11. this combine she is drivinfg has a larger single AF rotor and NH has their own rotors. Case also has different programming modules. Case uses AFS and new holland uses a different program witch is PLM. SO they are not the same combine painted red. Also the style is different but the engine and graintank are the same as the AF10 and the new holland CR10 uses a smaller engine and graintank just like the case AF9 so wow can you call them the same? Dont judge snd look atthe difference.
