Laura, John Deere is the best equipment on the market. As a John Deere owner and operator myself, I can say that John Deere is extremely reliable. My dad owns a John Deere 5065E that came fresh off the assembly line with an H240 front loader and a bucket. I’ve driven that tractor a few times and used it to fix my driveway transition before a friend of mine came and fixed my driveway. Plus I helped fix my driveway transition. I can tell you that as the asphalt cools and knits, it gets harder and harder to spread. My dad’s tractor is perfect for what he does around the property, plus it can serve as a backup vehicle for when his car’s in the shop either getting inspected, serviced, or new brakes. Most recently, he used his 5065E to come up to take my puppy for a walk.

@@arthurfricchione8119 Thank you. He is sitting here with me watching farm videos. He was in from 81-85. He loved it. His Dad was also a Navy Airdale, He was a AMH and retired from Delta after many years wrenching. Although my hubby was a tweet he went to school after hours on base and got his A&P. He ended up getting into Structures work at airlines and kept going to school. He earned a AS and a BS from Embry Riddle in Aeronautical Engineering. He was 34 when he finished college. He worked full time and raised a family while going to college. After 18 years at Northwest Airlines he left and took a job with Lockheed Martin on the C-5 Galaxy program as an Engineer. He is about to pass 20 years there. Funny thing is all he wants to do is play in the dirt with his tractors. Lol

Around me, LandPro Equipment’s the place to go for all your John Deere needs, but for me personally, having a guy in my neighborhood that works on and owns John Deere equipment is simply the best. My friend Tyler knows how to work on John Deere equipment, ships his parts in from Wisconsin, and most importantly, for my John Deere XUV855D (Gator), my friend Tyler can fix or replace any parts that need repairing or replacing.

Your kit looks like Science fiction compared to my memories (|) but your enthusiasm and enjoyment of the variety of tasks is something I recall strongly. We also had a small herd of beef cattle to round stuff out bailing hay and straw. I got to do pretty much everything but they only let me drive the combine mid row when the main driver needed a pee!
