😂😂😂 I've been following for almost 12 years and my favorite part of the videos is that first bite and the "hot" that follows right after.. it never fails.. 😂😂😂 Also i made you Italian Sliders for our family reunion this year. I made 4 packs of rolls, and not one slider was left.😂😂

You are so lucky to live in the US. In the UK we have a few deli counters in supermarkets but they will only slice some meats, not the fancy ones, which must be cut with a serated knife for some reason. :( Most slice to a certain thickness and very thin is rare indeed, and the chance of it being red like your lovely beef, is as rare as hen's teeth! But even more rare is provalone! You cannot buy it, apart from one supermarket that is too far from me. Those sliders look so good, Laura. I'd move to the US for one or two of those. 🥰

Most of the better Brands come in a package usually sliced very thin and that may be in any grocery store in any country

I love a French dip! Here’s my dilemma and a question: you start off with beautifully tender and rare roast beef and then cook it for roughly 20-25 minutes. Doesn’t that mean the beef is no longer tender and rare?
