Hi Laura!! This recipe looks so darn delicious, can't wait to make it Sunday night! I've never made my own sauce, instead I buy it from the Italian market homemade but have been meaning to attempt making it. For the tomatoes, is it just straight out of the can crushed tomatoes? I also wanted to mention that you saved me 3 years ago during my first Thanksgiving day hosting. I selected a few of your recipes, the turkey came out fabulous along with all the side dishes. I could not have done it without you! You literally saved me. Everyone was so impressed and I couldn't stop raving about you and how confident you've helped me become in the kitchen.
