There could be so many factors that could contribute, but I’d highly encourage you to maybe seek your own therapist to discuss this? Therapy shopping is exhausting and can be discouraging..but be picky in what you’re looking for and find someone who can meet you where you currently are at - emotionally & mentally ♥️

Eryn is thriving with you! And A+ on teaching skincare to her - yes, you can get too much stuff, but the fact that she's doing it as a teenager will show 30-40 years down the road. I had a woman tell me when I was 24, "I don't care what you do, you need to be using a moisturizer." I started super simple, but I always wore moisturizer and I think it's made a difference now that I'm almost 60.

I'm surprised you didn't put a mattress pad cover on it (that usually helps prolong the mattress and helps with it for when you sweat and when you shed your dead skin). Laura come help me clean my room 😬. Nothing like a fresh set of linens on the bed!! Suggestion: I get Luxury Talcum powder “Lily of the Valley” at Marshall’s or TJ Maxx. I sprinkle some on the sheets to absorb body oils, plus it smells the room so nicely. I also sprinkle some in the pillows cases to freshen them up. My kids said they ❤️ when I do that to their beds.
