I just finished MIDNIGHT IS THE DARKEST HOUR and thought it was AMAZING(5.0)…. The narrator for the audiobook was PERFECT…. Also read Local Woman Missing in Oct and gave it 5 stars too(I don’t easily give 5 for thrillers) You are absolutely right about Turn of the Key narrator…. Imogen Church is FANTASTIC… Love that book

My favorite read of the month was The Last Devil to Die - the 4th book in the Thursday Murder Club series! I loved reading The Naturals with the book club - I just finished the second one today and am eagerly waiting for the 3rd one on Libby!

I read 5 books in the month of October it was a meh reading month for me 1. City of ashes by Cassandra Clare 2. City of glass by Cassandra Clare 3. Clockwork angel by Cassandra Clare 4. City of fallen angels by Cassandra Clare 5. The ex hex by Erin Sterling which this was a re-read for me I enjoy the ex hex, city of glass, and clockwork angel overall I think I might be in a reading slump and I think next month I might try to re-read some of my favorites to get me out of this reading slump

I finished the naturals series this month and it’s a really a solid 4 stars. So good, keep reading it. My favorite read of October was Keeping 13 by Chloe Walsh followed by fourth wing.

I only read 2 books in October it ends with us and it starts with us. I'm currently reading Maybe Someday. Gonna try to do all 3 maybe books in November. There are 2 main books and a novella in between.

@@laurandareads well I'm about 100 pages in and so far very good. Sydneys boyfriend cheats on her with her roommate. So this guy Ridge who she's been listening to play guitar from her balcony told her about it, cause he saw it happen on the balcony. She has no place to live so she moves in with Ridge and his roommates. Also, Ridge is deaf so they communicate via texts. Also, she's writing lyrics to songs for his band. That's all I'm gonna say. Youll have to read the rest to find out what happens.

This month i have read The dead Romantics by Ashley Poston, The Gift by Freida Mcfadden and The locked door by her. I read Caraval by Stephanie Garber and Losing Spring by V.C. Andrews. My favortite of course The locked Door ny Freida Mcfadden but i also loved Caraval by Stephanie. I can't wait to read Legendary

No bloopers!!?? You both are SO pretty😊 Are you related, or friends? I read Survive The Night by Riley Sager. Have either one of you ever read it? I was very disappointed. I don't know if it was me, the way I read it, but, Charlie having ALL those "movies in her mind" just confused me, got to be too repetitive AND I figured out who the murderer was! Never been able to do that before. That is an advertising feature of his books. I didn't think it got interesting til Charlie ran back to the diner, and the waitress (Maddy's gr.mother) was in on it.. The last few sentences were GREAT! By the way, I can't believe every so often I will find a great book at $ Tree!!! They are popular bks. Maybe 5/6 mos. to a yr. ago!! The original price is printed on the back, but they cover it up w/ sticker. Sometimes the sticker doesn't cover price, or it might say Target on it. I've even found some w/ BAM stickers on them! Thanks!
