Love the color scheme...the color mix of background sets the mood and uniquely beautiful blueish grey... Again, each tree is beautifully rendered.... The ability to see color and mix colors...and your brushstrokes are what makes your works stand out... The color scheme- mixes really are beautiful....setting the mood for the overall scene.

Beautiful painting. To do this method with the medium can you used the medium fluid professional which has green label or does it need to be the basic one you are using? ( liquitex) I cannot find the pink one like yours. Could you help please. Thanks ☺️

Hi Laura, thank you so much for sharing this tutorial with us. I have a Q: Since acrylic paint dries very quickly, what do you do when you are trying to paint something like you have but using a larger canvas, say 24" x 24"? Would you do it section at a time or will it work if I use drying retardant? and when it's dry use liquitex fluid medium. Thank you!

Ooof.. I usually don't paint anything that large and thats one of the reasons, it dries too fast. :(

I do - especially when it's mixed with golden fluid acrylics! Both are very thin and watery - which makes blending a TON easier!

I have been trying to do this for weeks now. I found you on Instagram and I have no money and I went out and bought everything I need to do this and it is my dying freaking wish to paint this. I cannot do it. I have walked away from it day after day, came back, tried over, try not to get frustrated. I cannot do this. Is there something that you suggest I do? I don't know what Michaels has.. I get mine at hobby Lobby. They have a 50% off sale every other week so they end up being about 5-6$ each. The most important thing is that they are goat hair - you won't get the same results from synthetic
