It’s been exciting waiting but I had a slight concern that maybe we would get music unrecognisable from the past stuff. It’s an evolution in my opinion, what we probably would have heard happen over several albums had Lauren been given a fairer chance by her record company. The important thing is that it’s as good as anything else she’s done and better than several previous songs. I just hope it’s one of many new songs. I also hope her London gig goes well so she’ll tour a bit because I have never seen her live and would love to. I’m always a bit jealous of people who can follow their favourite artists around the country.

Actually, she left her old label right after a few months of releasing Isn't It Strange. She even took a hiatus for two year. Along the journey of her music hiatus, she travelled a few countries for songwriting and producing. She's now signed to Syco and is releasing a brand new EP this year. Her new single If Looks Could Kill comes out this friday!
