I never go crazy with cleaning on Sundays - that’s where I draw the line. Lol My Sunday reset is soft and it’s personal. I wake up Saturday morning and spend a few hours cleaning everything leaving me the rest of the day to do whatever. Then on Sundays I wash and change my bed sheets, grocery shop, meal prep and RELAX.

New here. This was really helpful for me. I know you know... don't burn the chemicals. Do you use a diffusers? Wegmans has a brand of essential oils that I love. If you are burning the purple stuff in the bottle that I won't mention the name of, try to lavender scent. Thanks for sharing. You're right find one these things and just do it.

I don’t normally comment but when I heard the burning of the chemicals 🤦‍♀️ I was like IM OUT! No way am I watching . The funny part was when I see the detox water ! You’re going to need more than that to detox from those chemicals you and your dog just inhaled … not to mention everyone in the building inhaling it as well.
