What should terrify us all that agree with laurence is that this can be history repeating itself. Go watch those black and white films of Hitler's stormtroopers intimidating the newspaper reporter who wouldn't tow the party line! his spectacles taken of him and crushed under the heel of a jackboot followed by a knee to the groin and a broken nose. And then place laurence in the position of the reporter and the rest of us walk on by not wanting the same treatment. That's where this So called woke agenda can lead to we need more Laurence Fox's? wer'e f**ked if Laurence is on his own.

c e24 No, none of us today is responsible for the historical actions of our recent past however, you can acknowledge them and have respectful empathy for the injustices carried out, especially when those injustices have probably, to some degree, shaped or benefited your immediate predecessors and family, and ultimately contributed to the good life, or bad life you have now. I know working class people who are still spitting blood over how they feel the working classes have always been treated in this country. They feel passionately angry about it and blame it on how they live now, and how poor they are. They are angry at people like me. Its not my fault but I can see they haven't had the opportunities, from birth, that I have had. Should I get angry with them and tell them to shut the f up, or acknowledge with genuine regret that there is truth to their claim of unfairness? Why does it mean I hate myself if I give someone else a voice to vent their resentment.
