Don't normally leave comments but Jack, you seem like the type of guy that would read them. I love your main channel but this podcast today felt like such a missed-opportunity Hear me out, Laurence is probably one of the most interesting guys going around on KZbin but the questions just seems a bit 'meh'. I would have loved for you to delve into the psyche of Laurence and what he thinks of the KZbin community as a whole, plus him as a personal brand and why he's never started his own channel. Even more of his backstory of how he got into media and the trouble he would have faced along the way and getting recognised to even be on The Football Republic. There's so many people that look up to Laurence because he represents that there is a place for smart, educated, witty guys on youtube as a platform and not just a bunch of cringey 16 year olds. Even at the end, when you questioned him on Laurence's personal goals, the question kind of seem a bit half-arsed and we ended up getting a bit of a half-arsed answer because of it. It felt like everytime we got to a great question being asked, something would sidetrack you and then we would just get 3 or 4 minutes of irrelevant chat. Don't get me wrong, I love your stuff and I'm sure it is very difficult to steer a podcast in a certain direction, especially when you have two other guys with you but as a pure fan of yours but I thought I'd let you know my thoughts. I have no doubt this podcast has unreal potential but as a listener, it comes across as very hard to listen to when you want to hear what a guest has to say and learn more about Laurence but come out of it as none the wiser.

That’s such well put criticism and advice. I don’t even think it’s harsh enough to qualify as critism. Just honest thoughts and opinion on his podcast. Jack did say he keeps wanting to improve his interviewing/podcasting. I’m sure he’d appreciate this. x

@RomeoCruse Spot on mate - I agree with your thoughts 100% and I'd also like to add that they need to improve their microphone technique. Quite a few guests on these podcasts keep moving away and moving towards the microphone when they are talking and the volume of their voices keep rising and falling. Very difficult to pick out everything that's being said. Sometimes you have to back track to try and pick up what you've missed. Also what doesn't help is several people talking at the same time and drowning each other out occasionally.
