We are right in your shoes with a house we moved into 2 years ago. Ours is an Early 2000’s house, needs a facelift almost everywhere, but I keep putting it off because we homeschool. You and I have the exact same master bath tile, only I did not paint mine. 😜 can’t wait to see your renovations, I’m sure I will get lots of inspiration.

Absolutely gorgeous, as always, Lauren!❤ I love Balsamhill! We have a Balsamhill Christmas tree that we started keeping it up year round last year! I decorate it for every holiday! I love doing it! I am fall decorating toward the end of the month because we're getting ready for a neighborhood yard sale on the 23rd. Decorating has to wait for now. I have all the rooms to go through for the yard sale. As always, Lauren, everything looks absolutely gorgeous! And your son's tractor is such an awesome addition to your front porch! So glad the temps are finally going to get cooler. I’m up here just north of Seattle and we’ve had a very warm summer. I much prefer the cooler weather and the fall leaves and baking pumpkin bread! Love your front porch decorating. You do such a wonderful job and gives a lovely welcome to family and visitors. I’m almost done with my fall decorating and love burning the scented candles.
